Meetings, Conventions & Industry Events
CDA staff and Regional Managers actively participate in many industry meetings, trade shows, conferences, code conventions, standards meetings, and other related industry events throughout the year. These include events such as the NAHB Show, ARI Expo, IAPMO Conference, ASTM Meetings, NFPA Code Hearings, PHCC Conventions and so on.
In addition, CDA Regional Managers present training classes in conjunction with local gas companies, code and inspector officials, and plumbing installer organizations. UA Instructor Training Program Update Report (2005)
This update reports on Instructor Training Program (UA-ITP), a program of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry representing plumbers, pipe fitters, sprinkler fitters, and service technicians in the US and Canada. The program was held at the Washtenaw Community College (Ann Arbor, Michigan) and was the 52 nd annual gathering of UA instructors.
